23HP R-Max 2 stroke
PKT’s fleet of 8 go-karts is purpose-built with the Italian ‘TB RMAX’ chassis and powered by a 125 ROTAX MAX 2T engine, accelerating at speeds up to 110 km p/h. The chassis is super-lite, designed to give the same high performance and experience that a race/competition chassis would, but with the same level of safety as a rental kart. Two-stroke engines are usually intended for racing karts; therefore, we recommend only experienced drivers rather than those who are new to karting.
The 23HP go-kart is a high-power ride strictly for those who have mastered lower tiers. All drivers will need to qualify first before being able to drive the RMAX go-karts. The karts are also fitted with an individual timing transponder which times the karts to an incredible 1/1000th of a second, so you are able to time yourself and improve your time on the next round. PKT has the only 23HP RMAX karts available in Australia. All our high-power go-karts are individually inspected before a booking. This includes the engine, chain tension, sprocket, throttle cable, brakes, seats, and chassis. Engines rev up to 14,000 rpm! Karts are fitted with soft compound MG racing tyres.
